Inspection was conducted in response to a power outage that affected multiple facilities in the area.
Cold holding and cooking equipment did not appear to be affected by the power outage. Time/temperature-controlled for safety foods were holding at acceptable temperatures at the time of inspection.
Hot holding equipment was not functional and was not in use at the time of inspection. Establishment will not serve pizza by the slice until hot holding equipment is functional and able to maintain pizza at 135 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.
