| Comments Handwashing sinks shall not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Recommend providing coffee stirs in a more protected container. Ensure handle side is up when displayed. Employees shall be informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health (employee health policy). The RFE shall have a written clean-up procedure for responding to vomit and diarrhea incidents. The violation documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection. |
