| Operation has been approved to be licensed. All items from the previous inspection have been corrected or provided. A signed application and a check was received at the time of inspection. Once a new ware washing machine is installed, provide the make and model number of the unit, must be installed under permit from building department, must be properly air gapped, etc. Per request from the owner, license will be picked up from the Health Department on September 8, 2016. Okay to operate once licensed is obtained. |
