3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed ice build-up along the door to the walk-in freezer and non-working refrigeration units in the deli area. Ensure deli refrigeration units are maintained clean and are functioning properly before being used (hold tcs foods under 41 degrees F).

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed gaskets for the reach-in refrigeration units in the deli area with an accumulation of food residue and other debris at the time of inspection.

Continue to maintain the baby food products. Ensure outdated foods are being pulled from the shelves.
Ensure employees with polished or artificial nails are wearing gloves at all times while working around exposed foods.
Cleaning and sanitizing buckets shall be properly labeled and identified.
The mechanical dish machine in the deli area was not currently being used and management stated they will ensure its functioning properly before using (wash temp 150+, surface temp 160+, final rinse temp 180-194, etc.).
A person-in-charge certified employee shall be available during shifts at all times when operating.
The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
