Critical Observed ready-to-eat, TCS food at time of inspection that had been date marked was not properly discarded when required.
To prevent illness refrigerated, ready-to-eat TCS food that has been date marked in the facility shall be discarded if it exceeds the temperature or time except the time the food is frozen, is in a container or package that does not bear a date or day, or is marked with a date or day that exceeds the time and temperature combination as required in this code.

3717-1-05.1(S)(2) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed the plumbing system for the 3 compartment sink drainage line was leaking at the time of inspection.
A plumbing system shall be properly maintained. Repair the leak.

Observed wet wiping cloths were stored submerged in sanitizer buckets. Operation has appropriate test kits for quaternary ammonia and chlorine sanitizers. Garlic butter was being held hot.
Internal food temperatures measured at the time of inspection indicated that foods were being held at acceptable temperatures.
Ensure that employees use appropriate lidded containers for their beverages.
