Comments
The following items shall be competed before facility review can be completed:
Caulk around all the Pepsi Dispensing equipment where the equipment meets the counter tops.
Provided a proper coved base finish in the back ware washing room.
Separate the drains from the Ice machine and Ice Bin.
Provide documentation that a licensed pest control has been providing service to the FSO
Caulk around all the floor and wall junctures/Counter top and wall junctures
Caulk all floor and wall junctures on ordering side and the underside of the counter top.
Hot water heater that has been designated to the FSO area is undersized and shall be replaced with a proper sized hot water tank. This calculations will be provided at the next inspection. Recommend providing a letter stating that the hot water tank will be replaced with a proper hot water tank when no longer in proper working order.
Seal the ware washing sink to the wall.
Install FRP 18 above and around the Shelf above the 3 compartment sink. Highly Recommend installing FRP behind the hand washing sink and the Ice machine.
Provide proper light intensity (20 Foot Candles) at all locations.
provide shatter proof lighting over the ware washing area and with all the food equipment.
