Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Remove the broken vegetable bin from this equipment.

Overall, the facility appeared clean at the time of inspection. Continue to maintain clean paying special attention to spaces between equipment. Pre-existing non-commercial food equipment in the facility is approved for use as long as it continues to function properly and is maintained clean. All newly purchased equipment shall be commercial grade. Contact the City of Kent Health Department for approval before placing any new equipment into use. |
