[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-02.2(G) / Jewelry - prohibition.
Food employees wearing jewelry on arms or hands during food preparation.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Repeat In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed utensils being stored in dirty water. Utensils that are going to be stored in water shall have a temperature above 135 degrees F.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed exterior of product containers, shelving throughout, items in storage, handwashing sink, three compartment sink, waffle makers and other equipment that is no longer used,etc. with an accumulation with food residue and debris.

3717-1-05.4(K) / Storing refuse, recyclables, and returnables.
Waste receptacles for refuse or recyclables stored so they are accessible to insects and/or rodents. Observed trash on the floor next to the overflowing waste receptacle in prep area.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Unnecessary or nonfunctional items on premises. Observed multiple equipment that is no longer used that shall be removed. Observed personal belongings stored throughout the facility, items shall be kept in a designated location away from the operation's products.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed damaged and stained ceiling tiles in the bathroom.

Ensure pitchers and shakers are being warewashed (washed,rinsed,sanitized,air dried) atleast every 4 hours when in use.
The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
