3717-1-03.2(Y) / Miscellaneous sources of contamination.
Repeat Corrected During Inspection Observed the dispensing tube not cut at a proper length for the customer self-service area for the creamers held in the fresh chilled cream equipment. PIC cut the tube at the proper length as stated inside the equipment (step #6).

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed gaskets/door tracks for the frozen treat freezer and the freal freezer on the retail floorwith an accumulation of debris. Observed the hand sink surfaces near the front service counter not maintained clean. Sink shall be sealed to the wall.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed floor mats on the prep/cook line not maintained clean.
