Repeat FSO did not submit facility layout and equipment specifications. Observed new bar layout and drain lines for walk-in bar tap spray feature drain line were altered. Observed 2 new commercial NSF approved refrigeration units. Observed unfinished wood surfaces throughout the new bar renovation. Per discussion with owner everything will be sealed and easily cleanable. Submit plans to the health dept. on what was altered in the facility.
