Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution at incorrect concentration. The equipment was not working correctly at the 3 compartment sink. Sanitizer buckets were not supplied with sanitizer.

Comments
Overall, significant effort was made to correct many of the violations about at the 30 day inspection. The violations on this inspection report will be rechecked at the next scheduled inspection.

Notes:
When using time instead of temperature for food safety, the product container is require to be time marked. The procedures shall be posted or readily available for review.
When date marking foods, the food container is required to be marked unless another method is approved by the licensor. Recommend purchasing date marking stickers designed to be used in a FSO. This will help employees properly keep up on the date marking.

Continue to work correcting violations on this and the last inspection report. Corrective Action plan is in place. Continued improvements and effort is required to prevent enforcement action.
