Equipment and utensils are not being air dried. Beverage containers were stacked together wet at the bar without proper air drying.

Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Multiple light bulbs were not working near the dish machine. Floors were damaged near the cooking equipment. The basement steps are in disrepair.
