[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.5(C)(1) / Food labels - packaged food
A food packaged in the facility not labeled. Observed cake pops at front service counter packaged without labels. PIC stated these cottage food products are from Daisy Cakes and not produced at there location. Contact Daisy cakes to provide ingredients for the cake pops or don't accept the products without labels. If an ingredient list is provided The mockingbird bakery must unwrap the product when sold.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. Observed non-commercial mixers and tupperware/rubbermaid containers used food food storage throughout the facility.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Floors specifically around the perimeter and under equipment in the back prep room not maintained clean.

3717-1-06.2(I)(2) / Lighting - intensity (20 FC)
Light intensity less than twenty foot candles in required areas. Observed no lighting in the reach-in refrigeration unit at the front service counter area.

Boxes shall be stored up off the floor and please ensure trash is being stored in a receptacle until it can be placed in the dumpster.
Please ensure after washing hands are not recontaminated from touching dirty objects. Gloves shall be changed if this occurs.
The food prep sink shall be cleaned and sanitized prior to using.
The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
