3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. There is excess litter near the dumpster. There are unnecessary items stored behind the building. There are multiple pieces of old equipment stored in the RFE (cold holding equipment, deli slicer, sandwich conveyer, etc.).

Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. There are several water damaged ceiling tiles throughout the RFE. There are areas of damaged flooring, walls, coved base, and ceiling in and around the bathroom.
