Critical Repeat No air gap on the plumbing system for where vegetables and fruit are washed. Observed an air break on the plumbing system for the wash compartment of the three-compartment sink. Observed buckets under the sink, ensure any leaks are repaired promptly.

3717-1-02.2(G) / Jewelry - prohibition.
Corrected During Inspection Food employees wearing jewelry on arms or hands (bracelet,watch) while working with exposed foods (including servers).

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed food residue and other debirs on the door and door seal of the warewashing machine. The equipment is not in use but is being used for an air drying shelf.
