3717-1-05.1(O)(1) / Using a handwashing sink - accessible at all times
Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink not accessible. The hand washing sink at the main bar was blocked by a large trash can. The PIC immediately moved the trash can once the violation was identified.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Bar floor tiles are damaged. Ceiling tiles in the men's restroom are water damaged.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Unnecessary or nonfunctional items stored in the basement (old equipment, paint, etc.).
