Complaint on 14-Oct-2015 :

Regarding complaint:
An inspection was conducted due to a complaint at the deli counter. At time of inspection, no violations were observed. The deli cooler was holding food at 37 degrees F. All foods were properly date marked. The deli area was very clean. The sanitizer levels were at the proper concentration. All employees were following proper hand washing procedures. The deli employees were able to demonstrate proper ware washing procedures for the deli slicers and other equipment.

The manager (Matt Gresky) has not received any reports of ill employees or customers recently. He will contact the Health Department if he gets a report of ill employees/customers.
