| Complaint on 24-Feb-2021 : Regarding complaint - Over crowding, not requiring masks to be warn by staff and customers. Large lines outside. Other Bar owners are claiming this location is making it hard for their locations to be compliant. https://www.instagram.com/p/CLugcjRn6qZ/ Inspection was completed by KCHD staff to investigate the complaint. Observed the bar to crowded (110 plus people inside). Observed no seating capacity was posted by the front door or it was not easily able to be located. There were more people in the bar than there were seats. Observed multiple customers to be standing and/or moving throughout the bar without masks/face coverings. Observed multiple customers were standing/walking while consuming beverages through out the bar. Observed different groups of customers were allowed to gathering together. Observed multiple groups of customers larger than 10 people. The staff is not enforcing social distancing. Complaint will remain open at this time. |
