[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed a build-up of food debris and debris on the floor under the slushy equipment at the customer self service area and under the equipment on the cook line at the time of inspection.
To prevent health hazaards, the physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed. Manager discussed cleaning areas with staff and assigned tasks to clean the specific areas. Clean and maintain the areas listed above.

Observed all measured food temperatures acceptable at the time of inspection.
Plumbing fixtures for handsinks shall have sufficient amount of water dispensing and in good working order.
Continue to update the ingredient list for the unpackaged product in the dessert display case.
Ensure product is being stored at least 6 inches off the floor to allow for easy cleaning.
Ensure surfaces are being cleared of debris and cleaned before sanitizing surfaces.
The violation documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
