Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. The can opener blade was not clean. At time of inspection, the PIC properly cleaned the equipment after the violation was identified.

3717-1-04.1(Y) / Temperature measuring devices.
Hot and cold holding equipment thermometer was missing, located incorrectly, or not easily readable. The pizza topping preparation cold holding equipment did not contain a thermometer.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. The brush used in the dough area is not intact.

3717-1-04.4(B) / Cutting surfaces.
The cutting board near the 3-compartment sink cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized due to excessive scoring.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. The light fixtures in the restrooms do not work properly. The door handle to the men's restroom is damaged.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items on premises. There is paint stored in the closet near the pizza oven.
