[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(J) / Backflow prevention device - when required.
Critical Repeat No air gap on the plumbing system for the sink where fruits and vegetables are washed. Observed a backflow prevenbtion device on the three-compartment drain lines and an air break on the wash compartment of the three compartment sink.

3717-1-03 / Food - safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented
Corrected During Inspection Food was unsafe, adulterated, or not honestly presented. Observed multiple dented cans in the back dry storage room stored with products. PIC set aside dented cans to be removed from use.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Non-food contact surface not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed residue on the door and door seal of the warewashing machine. This equipment is currently being used as an air drying rack.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed water leaking at the drain line for the handwashing sink. Observed buckets under the three compartment sink, ensure any leaks are repaired promptly.

Discussed COVID-19 protocols (face coverings, social distancing, cleaning and sanitizing, sick policy, etc.) with the person-in-charge.
Employee food/belongings shall be kept separate in a designated location away from the operations product.
The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
