Critical PIC not ensuring employees are properly sanitizing equipment and utensils and monitoring of sanitizer parameters. At time of inspection, the 3-compartment sink was in disrepair and there was no sanitizer available to properly ware wash. Education was provided to improve ware washing procedures.

Critical Presence of live insects. Observed a large population of flies near the food preparation sink at time of inspection. Provided education about proper pest control to help reduce fly population.

Process Review: Catering sausage pizza. A re-inspection will take place 11/2/22 to confirm that violations have been corrected. A plumber was on site at time of inspection making an attempt to repair the 3-compartment sink and the PIC states that sanitizer will be purchased to allow proper ware washing to resume. |
