Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Multiple foods (chicken, sausage, ham, etc.) were date marked with an 8 day expiration.

3717-1-07.1(B) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Restriction.
Corrected During Inspection Unnecessary chemicals stored on premises. A jug of pesticide was stored in the closet.

Very clean kitchen. Proper food safety was discussed with the PIC (hand washing, ware washing, date marking, sick policy, etc.).

Proper date marking for TCS food is for a maximum of 7 days; counting day one as the day of preparation. For example, ham prepared on 7/5/18 shall be used by 7/11/18.
