Facility appeared clean and well organized at the time of inspection. Light shielding over the food service area has been replaced. The microwave at this facility was replaced with commercial grade equipment approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. Discussed sanitization procedures for beverage dispenser nozzles.
Operation is considering significant remodelling of this facility, and a facility review is required before remodeling. Contact the City of Kent Health Department before beginning any remodelling of this facility. All newly purchased equipment shall be commercial grade and approved by a recognized food equipment agency.
