The facility was not in operation at the time of inspection.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the operation has been closed and will continue to be closed.
Please notify the health department prior to opening.

Per discussion with owner, they plan on changing the layout of the facility. The warewashing machine and three-compartment sink in the kitchen would like to be relocated to the basement. Prior to renovating, approval from the health department and building department shall occur. A facility review will be attached with this report.
