Corrected During Inspection Observed no handwashing sign( posted at the handwashing sink used by employees near the special diet reach-in cooler at the time of inspection.
A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees. Person-in-charge replaced the missing sign at the time of inspection.
