| This follow-up inspection was postponed to allow for more time to correct violations from previous inspection report. FSO was not in operation at the time of inspection. All violations from the previous inspection were observed to be corrected. Cold holding has been repaired. Proper shelving has been provided for dry storage and clean utensil storage. Hand washing sink has been supplied with all required items Way Out Wiener will be operating this FSO under the Kent Parks and Rec license. If the location is to be used for storage or manufacturing of TCS foods, the operator (not the license holder) shall register the location with Ohio Department of Agriculture as a Processor/Warehouse. Okay to Operate. |
