Repeat Handwashing sink(s) are not conveniently located for the warewashing area in back room. There is not designated hand washing sink in the warewashing area.

Repeat Coffee brewing utensils and equipment were not cleaned at required frequency (24 hours/daily). Due to the condition of the warewashing facilities, ware washing cannot occur correctly.

Remove or repair equipment that is no longer being used (reach-in display coolers, freezers, ice machine, deli slicer, pizza oven, etc).

Observed to go containers at the Hunts Brothers pizza station to be exposed (removed from package and not stored inverted).

Food thermometer not readily accessible.
3717-1-06.4(F)/Drying mops.
Mops dried improperly. Observed mop to be left in soiled water. Mops shall be properly maintained.
Comments
Observed some violations have been corrected. Due to the significant Fire Safety concerns, please work on correcting Fire Code violations.

The Manager has agreed to restrict operations to a Risk level 1 RFE until the facility and staff are able to be demonstrate the compliance with the risk concerns. No foods will be prepared at the RFE until approval from licensor has been provided. This means not cooking of pizza or any hot TCS foods (equipment has been removed, not providing fresh cut deli meats or deli options, and coffee self services. Due to the lack of hand washing facilities, lack of hand washing knowledge, lack of the ability to properly ware wash, the manager has agree these restriction. If the owner/manager decides this is not future plan, please contact the KCHD. A lower risk classification RFE license renewal will be provided at time of renewal.

A Drop in risk level document will be provided and shall be returned the KCHD.

Since the manager has made some corrections regarding reducing the risk, recommendations for additional enforcement action regarding the last inspection reports will not presented to the KCHD administrators.
