| A consultation inspection was conducted to investigate a plumbing company within the facility. Spoke with the persson-in-charge (PIC) and plumber at the time of inspection. The water heater needed replaced and the plumber was finishing up the install. Ensure the building department was contacted to pull the required permit. Discussed operating with the PIC and they agreed not to open until the water heater is fully installed and hot water is supplied to the plumbing fixtures. |
