3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Observed an accumulation of food residue and debris on the gaskets of the two reach-in freezer/refrigeration units and prep refrigeration unit. Observed non-food contact surfaces on the microwaves in need of cleaning.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed non-food contact surfaces at the ice bin/drink station area and the handwashing sink/dump sink area not maintained clean. Observed grease build-up on equipment at the cook line.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Observed slow drain for the handwashing in the back near the warewashing area.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Observed floors and walls around and under the cook line not maintained clean. Ensure hard to reach areas are being maitnained.
