[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed lots of debris in the sink causing the sink to be very slow draining. Per discussion with employee sink is being used for other purposes than handwashing. Discussed proper usage with PIC. Three-compartment sink is not to be used for handwashing.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Repeat In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed in-use utensils being stored in water. Utensils that are going to be stored in water shall have a temperature above 135 degrees F.

3717-1-04.8(E)(3) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - storage.
Repeat Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination. Observed multiple boxes of items throughout the storage room stored directly on the floor.

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed multiple equipment throughout the facility not approved by a recognized testing agency.

3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
No sanitizer test kit available.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired for three-compartment sink. No drain stoppers for the sinks, The FSO is currently using containers within the sink to hold water.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Floors in the kitchen, back storage rooms, and hallway not maintained clean.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Repeat Unnecessary or nonfunctional items on premises. Observed multiple equipment that is no longer used that shall be removed. Observed personal belongings stored throughout the facility, items shall be kept in a designated location away from the operation's products.
