| Complaint on 04-Oct-2020 : Regarding Complaint: "Owner Becky informed staff and regular patrons she did not believe in mask restrictions on multiple times and dates, including stating that they were not required to follow mandated guidelines unless health inspectors were present. Staff also ignores all restriction mandates and over serves patrons to the point of inability to walk." During the inspection all customers and staff were following the prevention guidelines. Recommend that all bartenders get masks that stay over nose while talking. Observed all proper signage has been posted. Observed the bar now has two locations where customers can order drinks and form line (with social distancing). Recommended providing outdoor patio serving bar as needed. Owner has called the KCHD to discuss the changes the FSO has made. Owner demonstrated urgency to correct the issues and have made operational changes to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. All items will be reviewed during the next round of evening Check-In inspections. |
