| Complaint on 22-Oct-2018 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent complaint. A nearby neighbor was concerned about the exhaust coming from Bistro on Main during cooking operations (grill, smoker, kitchen exhaust, etc.). The FSO appears to be following regulations. The exhaust hoods and smoker appear clean. The PIC states that the smoker is used 3-4 times per week and pellets are the only fuel used for the smoker. Excess grease does not appear to be a problem. An update will be provided to the neighbor. This complaint may be referred to the Kent Fire Department and/or Akron Regional Air Quality Management District. |
