| Consultation inspection was conducted in regards to a nursing report confirming an employee has an illness transmissible through food. Nursing report stated employee was diagnosed on December 12, 2018. Per discussion with PIC, the ill employee has not been to work since and will not return to work until cleared by a healthcare provider. No further reports have been made from other employees or customers. Observed the FSO with acceptable employee health reporting agreements. Additional food safety was discussed with the PIC regarding ill employees. The Person-in-charge shall notify the licensor when a food employee is diagnosed with an illness specified on the FSO's employee health reporting agreement. |
