Repeat Observed cold holding refrigeration/freezer, range/stove and other small equipment (household use only, toaster, blender, griddle, etc.) that were not approved by a recognized testing agency present in the kitchen at the time of inspection.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. Observed high temp warewashing machine leaking water (left corner).

Comments
Three-compartment sink is recommended to have a faucet installed to allow for more efficient warewashing process.
Backsplash behind the three-compartment sink appears to be peeling away from the wall and shall be repaired if damaged or difficult to clean.
Air drying rack shall be maintained clean and replaced if can no longer be easily cleaned or in disrepair.

The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
