| Three-compartment sink is recommended to have a faucet installed to allow for more efficient warewashing process. Backsplash behind the three-compartment sink appears to be peeling away from the wall and shall be repaired if damaged or difficult to clean. Air drying rack shall be maintained clean and replaced if can no longer be easily cleaned or in disrepair. The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection. |
