[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-03.4(H)(1) / Ready-to-eat, time/temperature controlled for safety food - disposition.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Ready-to-eat, TCS food not properly discarded when required. Observed unmarked opened containers of milk and creamer in the reach-in refrigeration unit. PIC discarded products.

3717-1-07(B) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Working containers - common name.
Critical Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. Observed unmarked spray bottle under the three-compartment sink. PIC stated they will dump the bottle down the service sink and will make sure bottle is labeled accordingly.

3717-1-03.2(K) / In-use utensils - between-use storage.
Repeat In-use utensils improperly stored. Observed utensils being stored in dirty water. Utensils that are going to be stored in water shall have a temperature above 135 degrees F.

3717-1-04.8(E)(3) / Single-service articles and single-use articles - storage.
Single-service and single-use articles not protected from contamination. Observed products (drink holders, paper products, etc.) stored on the floor behind the service window in the main prep area.

3717-1-04.5(D) / Nonfood-contact surfaces - cleaning frequency.
Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed exterior of product containers, shelving throughout, items in storage, handwashing sink, three compartment sink, waffle makers and other equipment that is no longer used,etc. with an accumulation with food residue and debris.

3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Unnecessary or nonfunctional items on premises. Observed multiple equipment that is no longer used that shall be removed. Observed personal belongings stored throughout the facility, items shall be kep in designated location away from the operation's products.

3717-1-06.4(A) / Repairing.
Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed damaged and stained ceiling tiles in the bathroom.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Facility not maintained clean. Observed the floor in the service and preparation area with accumulation of debris, food residue, and dirt along the perimeter and under equipment. Items throughout shall e stored 6 inches off the floor to allow for easy cleaning.
