[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Repeat Observed ceiling in the back grill/fry room to constructed with an unapproved room finish. . To ensure the facilities are able to be properly maintained clean, install and repair room finishes of floors, walls, and/or ceilings to be smooth and easily cleanable. Ceiling is painted drywall and operator plans to replace ceiling in the warewashing room and back grill room once the landlord is able to replace the roof.

Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Observed ceiling in the ware washing area to have a brown stain. Repair the cause of the staining and replace the ceiling where damaged.

3717-1-04.1(DD)/Warewashing machines - automatic dispensing of detergents and sanitizers.
Warewashing machine does not have a visual means to ensure detergent and sanitizer is automatically dispensed. Install a visual or audible alarm on the new warewashing machine.

Light intensity less than fifty foot candles in the food preparation sink area.
Comments
Observed a new alarming device on the warewashing machine. Manager was able to demonstrate that the alarm worked when the chemical lines we cleared. Observed repairs have been made to the tile base molding in fry/grill room. Lighting was improved at the food preparation sink.

All other violations on documented on this report will be rechecked at the next standard inspection. No additional violations will be documented at this time.

Owner/operator and staff have been consistently communicating with licensor regarding correctives and have been demonstrating efforts to be compliant with with Ohio Food Code. This effort needs to continue to prevent enforcement actions from the licensor.
