| Complaint on 21-May-2020 : An inspection was conducted in response to a recent customer complaint. The customer was concerned about improper mask usage by employees. Proper mask protocols were discussed with the PIC and the PIC stated that additional training would be provided to employees to improve compliance. An improper mask policy was posted at time of inspection. The PIC removed the policy once it was identified as being inaccurate. |
