Critical Repeat Improper use of a poisonous or toxic substance. Observed three cans of unapproved pesticide (Raid - Flying Insects) in the mop closet at time of inspection. Education was provided to the PIC.

Critical Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled (chemical spray bottles). Education was provided to the PIC.

No towels or drying device at the bar handwashing sink.

Repeat Floor behind bar is damaged.
