Critical Handwashing sink not accessible. Observed hand sink was not functioning at the time of inspection. Repair or replace hand washing to ensure food employee hands are able to be properly washed. MFSO shall not operate until hand washing sink is in operation.

A follow-up inspection has been scheduled for August 31 at the KSU Food Truck event to review the handwashing issue. If correction is not completed by this event, the MFSO shall not operate.
