[?] A summary of the violations found during the inspection are listed below.

3717-1-05.1(S) / Plumbing system - maintained in good repair.
Damaged handwashing sink at the meat room near the walk-in refrigeration unit. PIC stated a plumber is scheduled to visit the store tomorrow for service and will have them look at the sink. Ensure sink is sealed to the wall after repairs are made.

Floors throughout the back of the building (under equipment and on the perimeters) are not maintained clean.

Observed ice build-up in the walk-in freezer near the dairy area in the back. Ensure products are not being stored under leaking condensation lines or ice build-up, until repairs are made.

The facility shall have an employee with manager certification in food protection that has managerial duties at the establishment.
Ensure best by dates are being followed and old/damaged products are stored in designated locations.
Ensure gaskets for cold holding units and air drying trays are being maintained clean.
Containers used for TCS foods shall be approved containers designed for food storage (NSF approved or equivalent)

The violations documented shall be corrected and will be checked during next standard inspection.
