| Complaint on 28-Mar-2022 : An attempt was made to conduct an inspection 3/30/22 due to a recent customer complaint. The FSO is temporarily closed for Sping Break and an inspection was not possible. A standard inspection will be conducted next week and issues described in complaint will be addressed during standard inspection. |
