Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink was being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed an open can of fruit draining into the handwashing sink at the time of inspection.
A handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. PIC removed the can of fruit from draining into the handwashing sink.

Critical Observed unnecessary chemicals (can of household insecticide) being stored on the premises at the time of inspection.
Only those poisonous or toxic materials that are required for the operation and maintenance of a FSO or RFE shall be allowed. Remove the can of insecticide from the premises.

The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. Observed a hole in the drywall of the dry storage area at the time of inspection.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Repair the wall so that it is smooth and easily cleanable.
