| Complaint on 30-Mar-2021 : An inspection was conducted in regards to a complaint. Per complainant: RFE is allowing customers to bring their pets. This has occurred 3 times over the last month. The Staff does not ask customer any questions and seem to enjoy the presents of animals. Complaint findings: Observed no pets in the facility at the time of inspection. Discussed complaint with store manager and regulations on only service animals allowed in the RFE (retail food establishment). Manager stated they only allow service animals as required and that they will have a team meeting to ensure employees are asking questions if a pet is brought into the store (is it a service animal?, what service does it provide?). Complaint is now considered closed. |
