| This inspection was conducted in response to a recent water main break outside of the FSO which resulted in a water boil advisory. A handout was issued to the PIC (Carl Picelle) at time of inspection outlining the proper procedures for a water boil advisory. We also verbally discussed the steps to take during and after a boil advisory. The FSO has remained open for the past 24 hours using alternative water supply procedures. The ice machine is not being used. Once the water boil advisory is lifted, steps will be taken to resume normal operations (flushing lines, cleaning, etc.). |
