Critical Repeat Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. Two-compartment sink with direct connection was being used to wash fruits and vegetables.

No written procedures for vomiting or diarrheal events. Ensure supplies are available within the facility.

3717-1-05.1(L) / Handwashing sinks - location and placement.
Repeat Handwashing sink not conveniently located near the serving line and cooking equipment.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) / Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
Observed handles and the interior of the main reach-in cold holding unit with an accumulation of food residue and other debris. Observed drawers used to store clean utensils in the main prep table with accumulation of debris.

VI - P - TCS Food: Observed time/temperature controlled for safety foods being properly held using time as a public health control; the operation had a written procedure on file, foods were properly marked to indicate the time that the food was removed from temperature control, and food was discarded when required.
