Critical Corrected During Inspection Handwashing sink not accessible in the kitchen. The PIC moved the speed rack at time of inspection to allow access to the sink.

Repeat Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection.

Repeat Food not protected from environmental sources of contamination during preparation. The preparation table is exposed to customers at the front service counter.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Multiple pieces of equipment are not clean (cold holding equipment, exhaust hoods, mixer, storage racks and shelving).

Repeat Physical facilities not maintained in good repair. Multiple lights do not work in the kitchen and there are several damaged ceiling tiles.

Facility not maintained clean. The floors are not clean under equipment in the kitchen.
