Comments
The following must be completed in order for the Retail Food Establishment to be approved to be issued a license:
1) Provide a weather strip on the front door.
2) Remove the household freezer from the facility.
3) Seal hole around the plumping under the hand washing sink in the rest room.
4) Provide smooth, durable and easily cleanable surface on the exposed drywall behind the stainless steal preparation line by the front counter. Provide a 18 inches splash protection on all walls that are dry wall in areas of food preparation.
5) Observed the hot water supply to not be sufficient to meet the hot water demands. Hot water supply was unable to provide enough hot water to properly supply the 3 compartment sink at the time of inspection. Provide a proper hot water supply. Hot water supply was unable to meet the demand to fill up the 3 compartment sink. Provide at least 120-140 Degrees F for ware washing sink. Provide a legal documentation regarding a install date of the new hot water tank. Provide a date when the improvement will be completed with in 30 days. At least 120 gals with 105,700 BTU's.
6) Provide a copy of the certificate of occupancy.
7) Provide a metal stem temperature device 0 degrees F to 220 degrees F.
8) Provide a sanitizer testing kit.
