3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Observed a fork in the handwashing sink that indicated the handwashing sink was being used for purposes other than handwashing at the time of inspection.
To prevent contamination, a handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. Remove the fork from the handwashing sink. The facility is supplied with a 3 compartment sink that shall be used for proper warewashing. Correct By: 20-Jul-2015

3717-1-04.1(KK) / Food equipment - certification and classification.
Repeat Observed equipment (small personal grill, microwaves, small household refrigerator) in the facility at the time of inspection that was not approved by a recognized testing agency.
To prevent health hazards, food equipment that is acceptable for use in a FSO shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. Remove this unapproved equipment. Please contact the City of Kent Health Department before adding any equipment to this facility.
3717-1-04.2(I) / Sanitizing solutions - testing devices.
Observed the person-in-charge was unable to locate the test kit for measuring the concentration of the quaternary ammonia sanitizer at the time of inspection.
Quaternary ammonia sanitizer is used for warewashing, but only chlorine test strips were available. To ensure proper sanitization, a test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in PPM (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided for quaternary ammonia sanitizer.
3717-1-04.8(F) / Storage - prohibitions.
Observed single-use articles (a small stack of carry out containers) were stored in a prohibited area on top of containers of floor stripper and a tube of caulk at the time of inspection.
To prevent contamination of carry out containers, do not store them in contact with containers of toxic chemicals.
