Critical Corrected During Inspection Working containers of poisonous or toxic materials not properly labeled. A chemical spray bottle was not labeled. The PIC was able to apply a label once the violation was identified.

3717-1-07.1(A) / Poisonous or toxic materials: Storage: separation.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Plant fertilizer was stored improperly in the mop room. The PIC was able to remove the product once the violation was identified.

3717-1-03.2(D) / Food storage containers - identified with common name of food.
Repeat Working food containers not properly labeled (sauce, spice, etc.).

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Repeat Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. The lid to the ice machine is in disrepair.

3717-1-06.4(B) / Cleaning - frequency and restrictions.
Floors throughout the entire facility not maintained clean.

Proper COVID19 protocols were discussed with the PIC (hand washing, masks, cleaning, social distancing, employee screening, etc.).
